CreateInvoices is a free online invoice generator that allows users to create, download, and manage professional invoices. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. User Accounts
You may use CreateInvoices without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Anonymous invoices are automatically deleted after 7 days. Invoices associated with a registered account are retained indefinitely.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CreateInvoices for any unlawful purpose, to create fraudulent invoices, to impersonate others, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content of the invoices you create.
5. Intellectual Property
CreateInvoices and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CreateInvoices and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The invoice content you create remains your own.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy (Disclaimer page). We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Data Retention
Invoices created without an account are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 7 days. Invoices associated with an account are kept until you delete them or close your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreateInvoices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
