By accessing or using CreateInvoices.net ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CreateInvoices.net is a free online invoice generator that lets users create, customise, download (PDF), and manage professional invoices. The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but core invoice generation will always remain free.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using CreateInvoices.net, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. User Accounts
You may use the Service without creating an account. Account creation is optional and available via GitHub or Google OAuth. If you create an account, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under it. Anonymous invoices are automatically deleted after 7 days. Account-linked invoices are retained until you delete them or close your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Create invoices for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes. • Impersonate any person, business, or entity. • Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems. • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international laws. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoice content you create.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, source code, templates, and branding, is the intellectual property of CreateInvoices.net and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. The invoice content you create — the data you enter — remains entirely yours. We claim no ownership over it.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at createinvoices.net/privacy. We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Service and never sell your data to third parties.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
Invoices created without an account are automatically deleted after 7 days. Invoices linked to an account are retained until you delete them or request account closure. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us at [email protected].

CreateInvoices.net is a document creation tool only. Nothing on this Service constitutes legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with the legal requirements of your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified professional for your specific business needs.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CreateInvoices.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or $0 if you used the free tier).
