How quickly will I get a response?
We aim to respond to all messages within 24 to 48 business hours. Messages sent on weekends or public holidays are answered on the next working day. For urgent issues, include a clear subject line describing the problem.
I lost access to an invoice. Can you recover it?
Invoices created without signing in are stored anonymously for 7 days before expiring. If you were signed in when you created the invoice, it is permanently saved to your account and accessible from your invoice dashboard. If you believe there is an error with a stored invoice, contact us with your account email and the invoice number.
Can I request a new invoice template or feature?
Absolutely. Feature and template requests are welcome and directly influence our development roadmap. Use the contact form above and describe what you need. We read every submission and prioritise based on user demand.
Is my data secure when I use the contact form?
Yes. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent spam, and your submission is sent securely over HTTPS. We do not share your contact details with third parties and only use them to respond to your enquiry.
