Information We Collect
When you use CreateInvoices without an account, we store the invoice data you enter (names, amounts, line items) temporarily in our database for up to 7 days. When you create an account via GitHub or Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from the OAuth provider. We do not store passwords.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to operate the invoice generator service — to save, display, and allow you to download your invoices. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to any third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Your invoice data is stored in a secure database. Anonymous invoices are automatically purged after 7 days. Account-linked invoices are retained until you choose to delete them. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
Third-Party Services
We use GitHub and Google OAuth for authentication. When you sign in, you are subject to their respective privacy policies. We receive only basic profile information (name, email, avatar) necessary for account creation.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser localStorage to remember your template and color preferences between sessions. Session cookies are used to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your Rights
You can delete your invoices at any time from the My Invoices page. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days.
